Refund policy
At RBLN CLOTHING, we want you to love what you ordered. Our products are made and shipped directly from our supplier, and we're committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@rblnclothing.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind As our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to check our sizing guides carefully before ordering.
Wrong Size Ordered We recommend reviewing our size guide before purchasing. If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we'll do our best to help, though exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
