Worldwide Shipping We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery availability may vary by product — please check the product page for details.
Processing Time All orders are made to order. Please allow production time before dispatch, in addition to the shipping times below.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Special Line: ~10 days (95% delivered within 15 days)
- International Shipping: ~5 days (95% delivered within 7 days)
- Standard Shipping: ~25 days (95% delivered within 30 days)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. These are estimates only and exclude local holidays or unforeseen delays.
Order Tracking All orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Important — Contact Details Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Incorrect details may result in failed delivery, and we are unable to cover reshipping costs in these cases.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. If your package is lost in transit, we'll arrange reshipping as soon as possible.
Returns to Sender If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed customs, or refusal, new shipping charges will apply for reshipping.
